Klark Teknik and Midas are competitors of ours, won’t we be disclosing information about unannounced new products to them?

No. Klark Teknik and parent company Telex Communications (UK) Ltd. (which also includes the Midas Consoles brand) are specifically excluded as a third party from any confidentiality agreements set up between our developers and their clients. Apart from the identity of the clients, which we need to know to be able to set up a sub-licence agreement, we are not entitled to know anything about the work carried out between developers and clients until the clients choose to make the development project public.
